What Data Is Collected and Why

This site collects personal data at a single point: the contact form. The fields requested are your name, your email address and the content of your message.

The sole purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote. The data is not used for marketing communications, no profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are made.

The legal basis for the processing is the taking of steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR): anyone writing does so to ask about a service.

Who Else Processes This Data

The data is not sold or shared with third parties. Three providers do act as processors, as they are the infrastructure the site needs to run:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting and content delivery.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): delivery of the emails generated by the form.
• Zoho Corporation B.V.: hosting of the mailbox that receives the messages.

The mailbox is hosted in the European data centre of Zoho. The other two providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area; those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and on the applicable adequacy frameworks.

How Long It Is Kept

Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, if it leads to an assignment, for the statutory limitation periods covering contractual and tax obligations. If the enquiry goes no further, the message is deleted once it is no longer useful.

Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to info@cruzinterpretes.com, stating which one you wish to exercise:

• Access: find out what data about you is being processed.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: ask for it to be deleted.
• Objection and restriction: ask for processing to stop or be limited.
• Portability: receive the data in a structured, commonly used format.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There are no statistics tools, no social media pixels, and the fonts are served from this domain, with no requests to third parties.

That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies for site security, which are exempt from the consent requirement under article 22.2 of the LSSI.
